1. Acceptance of Terms

The Platform is maintained with consideration of United Kingdom digital and e-commerce standards, but is offered internationally subject to territorial limitations.

You warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any jurisdiction subject to United Kingdom, European Union, United Nations, or United States trade sanctions, embargos, or equivalent regulatory blacklists. ryalzoranzo provides analytical software, statistical modeling, algorithmic automation tools, and execution interfaces. The Platform does not act as an investment broker, certified financial planner, asset manager, custodian, or fiduciary under any circumstance.

All quantitative calculations, backtested statistics, signal notifications, and computational parameters provided through ryalzoranzo are strictly for informational and computational purposes. You acknowledge that all digital asset operations, spot orders, forex allocations, and derivatives transactions are configured and authorised solely at your discretion and risk.

4. User Accounts, Security, and API Credentials

To use advanced algorithmic execution functions, you may be required to generate API tokens through third-party exchanges or custody providers. When handling account credentials:

You must maintain the absolute confidentiality of your login details, two-factor authentication (2FA) seeds, and API keys.
You should configure third-party API credentials to restrict withdrawal permissions, granting only read and execution permissions to automated systems.
You assume full legal and operational liability for all activities, executions, and instructions carried out under your account credentials.

5. Acceptable Use and Platform Integrity

You agree not to misuse the Platform, interfere with its software architecture, or attempt to compromise server infrastructure. Specifically, you shall not:

Deploy reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembly methods against our proprietary algorithms and neural models.
Engage in illegal market manipulation, spoofing, wash trading, or abusive transactional latency arbitrage.
Transmit malicious code, viruses, automated web scrapers, or excessive traffic loads designed to degrade system response times.
Use the Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, illicit contraband procurement, or deceptive schemes.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights associated with ryalzoranzo—including software, trading logic, mathematical formulas, interface designs, trademarks, visual assets, documentation, and data compilations—are the sole property of ryalzoranzo and its licensors. You receive a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to access the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms.

7. Platform Availability and Maintenance

While ryalzoranzo employs high-availability architecture and institutional load balancing, we do not warrant that platform operations will be completely uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or update software components, perform routine or emergency maintenance, or change computational infrastructure without prior notice, and shall not be held liable for any loss resulting from downtime, execution slippage, or API latency.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, including the laws of the United Kingdom, ryalzoranzo, its directors, officers, employees, and software engineers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, capital depreciation, trading losses, liquidation events, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect infrastructural updates, regulatory developments, or operational changes. Updated versions will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued utilization of our services after such modifications denotes full acceptance of the renewed Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
